tucanocoffee.com store is guided by the OUG 34/2014 Return Order.

To benefit from the money refund, please consider the following product return conditions:

Only non-food products that have not been used in any way can be returned (they are exempted from the right of withdrawal provided for in articles 9 – 15 in respect of distance contracts and contracts outside commercial spaces, the following: “sealed products which cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or for reasons of hygiene because they have been unsealed by the consumer ”);

Food items cannot be returned, according to the law: Government Ordinance 34/2014, the return of products does not apply in the case of food, beverages or commonly used products used in the household, delivered by the trader to the domicile, residence or at the consumer’s workplace.

The returned products must be accompanied by proof of payment, with all accessories;

The shipping of the parcel with returned products is paid by the customer;

The products will be returned in a package that does not allow their deterioration during the transport;

We reserve the right to refuse damaged packages or products that show signs of wear

Return method:

– please notify us of the intention to return the products, by means of an e-mail with the title “RETUR” to retur@tucanocoffee.com, containing: order number, the products you want to return (find these details in the confirmation messages received after placing the order)

– To return the money we need to communicate an IBAN account, this being the only possible payment method

– the term of return of the money is of maximum 15 calendar days

– the return is supported by the BUYER

You have the legal obligation to take care of the products while they are in your possession.
